With growth both domestically and internationally, it's time Daniels Health added an energetic People & Culture Sr. Business Partner to our fast paced and dynamic team located in our downtown Chicago office. This new addition to our team will partner with the People & Culture department as well as the broader business on organizational development and employee relations that support the business vision, strategic plan, and operations.
This role is responsible for supporting the overall business and People & Culture team deliver a full life cycle of HR related services across the US. They will ensure the company effectively engages, develops and retains employees within a values-oriented, high performance culture. In addition, the role will partner with the broader business on organizational development and employee relations topics that support the business vision, strategic plan, and operations
