To provide administrative support across operations, transport and logistics and management to ensure to smooth flow and operation of all Daniels Health services.
Measures of Performance
Performs, leads and delegates the following responsibilities to ensure plant performance targets are achieved with an engaged and high performing team
§Daily review of transportation information (vendors, GPS reports on stops, times, miles, and non-compliance issues) with Plant Manager and leadership team to take action to create operational efficiencies to improve service or reduce costs
§Perform all necessary support functions with staff to include accurate payroll and timekeeping, vacation approvals, new hire paperwork, regulatory compliance paperwork, and assist in the coordination of applicable training programs
§Coordinate internal communication forums for field-based and office-based plant employees
§Management of specific projects as directed by the Plant Manager or Senior Managers
§Assist in maintaining a “team” relationship between Operations and other departments
