As well as being dominant in our market we are also in a very stable industry, with customers ranging from hospitals, clinics, vets, pharmaceutical companies, and more. 


    The UPW Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all UPW material is received, accounted for and weighed in properly for each customer location and repackaged into bulk containers for shipment to the final disposal destination. Meet with the General Manager daily to discuss operational needs and issues as necessary.

    Schedule: M-F 8AM-4:30PM

    Location: Orlando, FL

    • Unload trucks and stage materials by customer and manifest
    • Properly count the number of containers and weigh them
    • Record the container count and weight in the appropriate area of the manifest associated with the specific customer
    • Stage the containers and transporters in the processing area of the plant
    • Open the containers with the specialized tools provided
    • Ties off the liner so that all materials stay in tact
    • Place the liner and materials into a 55 gallon drum or lined bulk corrugated box depending on the disposition of the materials
    • Seal the 55 gallon drums or band the bulk corrugated box once full
    • Palletize, shrink wrap and weigh the pallets
    • Label the pallet with the weight and the accumulation date
    • Double stack the pallets in the assigned staging area awaiting transport for final disposal
    • Upon arrival of the transport company, place all required regulatory labels on the pallets and load onto the truck with a forklift
    • Clean and disinfect the reusable Daniels UPW container with the appropriate supplies
    • Insert a new clean liner
    • Detail (QA) the container for markings and blemishes and that the containers has all parts and is mechanically operational
    • Place a blank tag on the handle of the container
    • Load the clean containers into the transporters and relocate them to the RMW section of the plant to be staged for delivery to the various customer sites


    • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Experience working in production / process environment
    • Solid work references and good attendance history
    • Honest & reliable
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Can do attitude
    • Ability to work weekends, holidays or flex hours as needed by production demands
    • Mechanical background preferred
    • Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and OSHA Regulations preferred

    Physical Requirements:

    • Occasionally working in confined spaces
    • Extensive lifting, walking, bending, and pushing 
    • Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and push and/or pull carts weighing as much as 300 pounds
    • Occasionally bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than fifty (50) pounds
    • Standing for extended periods of time
