To provide administrative support across operations, transport and logistics and management to ensure to smooth flow and operation of all Daniels Health services.
Measures of Performance
§ Performs, leads and delegates the following responsibilities to ensure plant performance targets are achieved with an engaged and high performing team
§ Daily review of transportation information (vendors, GPS reports on stops, times, miles, and non-compliance issues) with Plant Manager and leadership team to take action to create operational efficiencies to improve service or reduce costs
§ Perform all necessary support functions with staff to include accurate payroll and timekeeping, vacation approvals, new hire paperwork, regulatory compliance paperwork, and assist in the coordination of applicable training programs
§ Coordinate internal communication forums for field-based and office-based plant employees
§ Management of specific projects as directed by the Plant Manager or Senior Managers
§ Assist in maintaining a “team” relationship between Operations and other departments
