As we continue to grow in the market and expand on this vision we are looking for a IT Director to join our Chicago based team.


    Reporting to and collaborating with the Global Chief Information Officer based in Melbourne, Australia, the IT Director will own the execution of Information Technology for Daniels Health based in Chicago, IL. The position will provide leadership, management and strategic direction to the Technology team, spanning operations, security and program management. The IT Director will oversee the management of the Business Solutions, Service Management, Operations Support and Infrastructure Group teams, ensuring all technical architecture changes and new projects are implemented to the highest standards understanding business benefits, risks and service impact.


    The successful individual will be joining Daniels Health at such an exciting time as we source, select and implement an ERP system which will be revolutionary on a National level! You will be the main driver of this integral transformation joined by a new and upcoming team.


    The ideal knowledge, skills and abilities for the successful candidate are:

    • Key leadership skills and driving the IT Team to commercial outcomes.
      • 8 to 12 years of hands-on leadership experience within small teams
    • Outstanding project management skills with budgetary formulation and control abilities.
    • Has functioned at an operations level
      • Similar service based industry experience; manufacturing, processing, production, linen services etc.
    • Experience in documenting business requirements, use cases, activity diagrams, UML& Structured Analysis.
    • Familiar with cutting edge technologies and applications like Web Base Applications, SharePoint. Mobile devices, SQL, Business intelligences reporting and dashboards.
    • Experience in developing training materials and in training end users.
    • Experience with Agile Software development techniques.
