With a strong focus on future growth we now have the opportunity for a Senior Clinical Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This newly created position will play a critical role in building relationships with relevant industry experts as well as supporting our sales & marketing team in customer risk management, infection control and needlestick injury reduction.

    Responsibilities

    Their responsibilities will include providing expertize on (but not limited to)

    • Infection Prevention (products and processes)

      • Risk and Segregation of waste types in HCF
      • Infection risk assessment and reduction with Daniels processes
      • Staff PPE and safety while handling wastes / Factory Audits
      • Infection risk Literature reviews
      • Current IP topics and concerns
      • White papers discussing product-relevant IP issues e.g. C. difficile
      • Relevant IP procedures - CDC/APIC/HSE/OSH knowledge

    • OHS requirements within healthcare facilities

    • Current regulations and laws that impact on operations within the US overall and also at the state level

    Qualifications

    The ideal Candidate will have

    • Ability and experience in speaking at seminars, conferences, customer presentations. Experienced in supporting sales teams with presentations and proposals
    • Understanding of industry regulations and accreditation requirements governing the Daniels Health business model and their application and applicability within clinical setting

    • Understanding of clinical outcomes, and how our solutions support this and can be demonstrated to provide value to customers and potential customers
    • Clinical training, credibility, expertize and contacts in infection control, nursing and/or risk management

    • Previous experience in either (desirable):

      • Occupational Health and Safety
      • Infection Prevention Control
      • Senior level Nursing
      • Risk Management
