With a strong focus on future growth and business improvement we have a new opening at Daniels Health for an innovative and strategic Regional Sales Leader to spearhead our sales efforts primarily with the Northeast of the California region. Leading a small yet growing sales team you will be integral to the success of Daniels Health.


The primary responsibility for the Regional Sales Manager is to increase sales in the designated territory through development, support and coaching of Territory Business Managers within an assigned geographical region (Northeast California).  The Regional Sales Manager will partner with leaders within the healthcare industry through established relationships or by building relationships with hospitals, GPO’s, IDN’s and medical suppliers.


In summary the Regional Sales Manager will be accountable for, but not limited to:

  • Achieve sales quotas for the region as set by the company, with your collaboration;
  • Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities in the region;
  • Utilizes pipeline management (SalesForce) to ensure sales plan is met;
  • Constantly review all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results;
  • Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes;
  • Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment with key customers;
  • In conjunction with VP of Sales, monitors sales flow, analyzes, and makes recommendations for improvement
  • Take on special projects as assigned by Management;
  • Manage all regional activity within budgetary guidelines;
