Overview

We have a simple mission - save lives through making healthcare safer.  By joining Daniels Health, a global and family owned company, you will be surrounded by colleagues who are dedicated to each other and empowered to deliver the future success of the company. With a strong focus on future growth we now have the opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to cover our North East operation specifically leading our facilities in the Bronx, New York and Easton, Pennsylvania.

The Regional Operations Manager is encouraged to drive growth, implement related improvement initiatives, and deliver the highest standard of quality for their region (Daniels Health collectors and service). Both treatment facilities incorporate a full production team of production associates, drivers, administrative staff and plant leadership working together for a common goal. Alongside our dedicated teams the Regional Operations Manager will manage PNL’s, cultivate a successful culture and manage all compliance, quality and regulated requirements.

Ideally the successful Leader will have worked in a similar production/process environment over the last 5 to 10 years managing 2 to 3 facilities. Your business acumen, adaptability, resilience and financial flare is highly advantage. Your experience with process improvement, cost saving initiatives and influential leadership style will set you up for success within our culture. Your degree within a related discipline is ideal as well as your knowledge within the medical waste management industry.

Due to our growth travel may be a significant part of your role to be able to touch all the facilities, current day or future facilities.

If this sounds like your next career move or you are ready to step up into a bigger and better role than apply within!
