The Inside Sales Leader will be a key member of our leadership and will be responsible for leading the Inside Sales function and strategy. This leader will develop and empower a high performance team to provide the highest grade of quality and service to our clinical partners, through lifiting their engagement as well as setting the highest professional standards as a benchmark.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Daily Supervision, development, and results of the Inside Sales Team
  • Provide product knowledge, structured processes, and call feedback 
  • Partner with outside sales management and internal marketing team to set priorities related to inside sales strategy 
  • Develop and implement quantifiable metrics to measure and communicate daily performance to the team 
  • Strong team performance cultivated through side-by-side coaching to achieve sales budget 
  • Lead on-boarding and training initiatives to engage and acclimate new members 
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales budget 
  • Successfullly build and maintain strong partnership within sales, operations, and customers 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical processes and product understanding 
  • Generate management reporting to ensure clear communication 
  • Understand Daniels value proposition 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 6-8 years experience managing a sales team, preferably in a high volume inbound/outbound call center environment 
  • 3-5 years experience with a successful track record in an Inside Sales role
  • Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies that align with business initiatives and sales target goals
  • Experience driving call center activities with lead generation tools, specifically emails and web leads and campaigns (developed within or external to Call Center) with minimal support from marketing division
  • Have the ability to understand the lead generation process and interpret lead qualification metrics
  • Strong critical thinking, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and multitasking environment
  • Proven ability to interface with multiple departments inside and outside of home office
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Experience developing and executing sales strategies that align with business initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field highly regarded
  • Excel and Salesforce skills highly desired
  • Outside sales experience help
